Moving desks and chairs is one thing but ensuring that the necessary IT systems and infrastructure are in place from day one in your new facilities requires specialist attention to detail.
Initial staff briefing with your nominated representatives to discuss timing issues, packing material delivery.
Develop a Relocation Plan and Method Statement.
Distribute Pre-Move Guidelines, in preparation for moving day. These Guidelines will also be available in email format for distribution to all staff.
Discuss and instigate applicable coding system for floor plans. The coding system will involve the use of pre-printed removable labels to identify exact item location within the new premises and colored labels to specify floor levels.
Label the new tenancy area with the agreed coding system.
Encourage a general staff presentation and briefing, which will include a question and answer format.
Ensure all OH&S requirements are met.
Supply and install protective materials to floors, walls and lifts where required.
Act as the main point of contact for your staff and report directly to you.
