




Relocation Planning & Management
We will supply a dedicated project manager to assist with the Relocation planning and management of the project from start to finish.
PLANNING PROCESS (from date of appointment):
- Initial staff briefing of your nominated representatives to discuss:
- Determine the frequency of planning meetings as pertains to the move
- Timing issues, carton delivery and packing schedule.
- Distribute written Pre-Move Guidelines , in preparation for moving day. These Guidelines will also be available in email format for broadcasting to all staff.
- Discuss the applicable coding system for floor plans. The applicable coding system will involve the use of pre-printed white removable labels to identify exact item location within the new premises and coloured labels to specify floor levels.

- Encourage a general staff presentation and briefing, which will include a question and answer format.
- Act as the main point of contact for your staff and report directly to you.
